What happens at the consultation
In our practice Dr Marie Duggan examines and measures the area, agrees the areas and the course, explains what the studies say for your area, and goes through your history for anything that rules treatment out. These include a pacemaker or other internal electronic device, metal implants in the area, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and an active skin infection. You leave with the price in writing, which depends on the areas and the number of sessions. Where Ultherapy, which we also provide at this address, or another treatment would serve you better, she says so. The how it works page describes the treatment and the FAQ answers the rest.
The clinic
The clinic is CQC registered, and every Exilis treatment is given by a doctor registered with the General Medical Council. Every area the device is used on is treated here. The abdomen, the thighs, the upper arms and the face have studies; the neck, the décolletage, the flanks, the buttocks, the knees and the hands do not, and the doctor discusses them at the consultation. The intimate area has one small series of 17 women. Our patients review the clinic on review.clinic, where it scores 4.9 out of 5 from 47 reviews in November 2026.
